Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified clinician with experience in primary care to work as an Advanced Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including history taking, clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Professional Clinician with the NMC/HCPC/GPC
- Minor Illness qualification
- Experience working in primary care
- Independent prescribing ability (desirable)
