Primary Care Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our Health in Justice team at Practice Plus Group. As a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with patients in a secure environment, providing high-quality care that makes a real difference.
Responsibilities:- Deliver non-judgmental care that addresses the unique needs of patients in a prison setting.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, and attend emergency response situations.
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental approach, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. A current professional qualification (NMC) and evidence of Continued Professional Development are essential.
