About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Analyst to join our ESNEFT Clinical Systems Team. This exciting opportunity is based at one of our sites in Ipswich or Colchester, with occasional travel to other Trust sites.

As a Clinical Applications Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing the patient and end-user experience by providing guidance and input into the design and configuration of our Epic EPR Clin Doc Module. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting clinical IT systems and associated documentation, as well as assisting with application testing and providing advice on system usage.

Your responsibilities will also include responding to and resolving support calls raised on the ICT Service Desk, liaising with Epic representatives, and participating in relevant Epic training to achieve certification.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro rata), a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments, 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata), and access to a range of NHS discounts.

Key Requirements
  • Educated to a minimum grade C - GCSE or equivalent NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject or significant equivalent previous proven experience
  • Equivalent experience in an Enterprise EPR Clinical Analyst post
