Job Description: Helpdesk Analyst

We are looking for an experienced helpdesk analyst to join our IT team. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Configuring and maintaining computer systems and peripherals
  • Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Documenting and tracking issues using a ticketing system
  • Providing training to users on various software and systems

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. A valid driving licence is also required, as the role may involve traveling to various locations to provide on-site support.
