About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Shotover View, an Extra Care Housing scheme in Oxford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
  • Assist clients with light household duties and maintain a safe and clean living environment
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery
