Responsibilities- Clinical Practice and Service Delivery: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, adhering to our rigorous standards and best practices.
- Leadership and Collaboration: As a Specialty Doctor in ENT, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement clinical guidelines, participate in on-call rotas, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery.
- Training and Development: We invest heavily in the growth and development of our staff, offering opportunities for continuous learning and professional development through our structured training and education programmes.

- We offer a generous salary package, estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
