ENT Specialist Physician

Established in the heart of Bridgend, Triple West Medical is a prominent NHS Trust committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Specialty Doctor in ENT to join our esteemed ENT department on either a substantive or fixed-term basis for 12 months.

This Specialty Doctor in ENT position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a talented multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to patients with various ear, nose, and throat conditions. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based guidelines, participate in on-call rotas, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery within clear policies and procedures.

We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates who can commit to contributing their expertise and enthusiasm to our team.

1. Developing and Implementing Clinical Guidelines: The selected candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to create and regularly review referenced, evidence-based guidelines, ensuring that they are dated, signed, and updated bi-annually or more frequently as new evidence emerges.
2. Participating in On-Call Rota: As a member of the clinical team, the Specialty Doctor in ENT will be required to participate in the on-call rota, providing emergency coverage and responding promptly to patient needs.
3. Collaborating with the Clinical Team: The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the rest of the clinical team to deliver a high-quality service, supported by well-trained staff operating within established departmental policies and procedures.
4. Participating in Training and Education: This role involves participating in a structured programme of training and education, enabling the candidate to enhance their skills and knowledge in otolaryngology and related fields.
