We are now seeking a seasoned Specialty Doctor in ENT to join our esteemed ENT department on either a substantive or fixed-term basis for 12 months.

This Specialty Doctor in ENT position represents a unique opportunity to work alongside a talented multidisciplinary team, utilizing your expertise to drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes. You will contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based guidelines, participate in on-call rotas, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery within clear policies and procedures.

1. Guideline Development and Implementation: The selected candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and regularly review referenced, evidence-based guidelines, ensuring that they are dated, signed, and updated bi-annually or more frequently as new evidence emerges.
2. On-Call Rotas and Emergency Coverage: As a member of the clinical team, the Specialty Doctor in ENT will be required to participate in the on-call rota, providing emergency coverage and responding promptly to patient needs.
3. Teamwork and Service Delivery: The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the rest of the clinical team to deliver a high-quality service, supported by well-trained staff operating within established departmental policies and procedures.
4. Professional Development: This role involves participating in a structured programme of training and education, enabling the candidate to enhance their skills and knowledge in otolaryngology and related fields.

• We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous salary estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
