At Scottish Autism, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Autism Practitioner. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within social care, although this is not essential. We are looking for individuals who share our values and are committed to delivering a high-quality service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to individuals with autism in their homes and in the community
  • Assisting individuals to maintain their own tenancies and providing care at home as required
  • Working in a group setting to promote life skills and provide a home to supported individuals

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings. Flexibility towards working hours is essential.
