Support Practitioner

As a Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.
Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals to engage with their communities, administering and monitoring medication, promoting personal care, and providing practical support with daily household tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals to engage with their communities through planned outings and activities.
- Administer and monitor medication as required.
- Promote personal care and wellbeing by assisting with showering, bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with professionals.
- Provide practical support with daily household tasks, including general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
