Role Overview
Bright Purple is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding, resolving technical challenges, and optimizing overall customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party IT providers to facilitate smooth customer onboarding.
- Provide expert 1st and 2nd line support, particularly during product launches, updates, or complex scenarios requiring quick problem-solving.
- Monitor bug reports and CRM data to proactively resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experiences.
Requirements
