Job Title: Field Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, building relationships, selling additional services, and taking care of their every need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and sell long and short-term contracts with businesses
  • Generate and develop leads through networking with other Rentokil Initial divisions
  • Build relationships both internally and externally
  • Work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets
  • Maintain an existing client/customer portfolio and present new products
  • Manage existing customer queries
  • Client relationship management, including debt and dispute resolution
  • Work with key accounts to maximise sales
  • Able to negotiate and close contracts

Requirements:

  • An ambitious, outgoing, dedicated personality, able to use their initiative whilst in the field
  • Field-based B2B sales or account management experience would be great, but you can be successful without if you have the right drive
  • Either a background in business development or customer service
  • Full valid UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 points
