We're seeking an experienced Helpdesk Team Lead - Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at CoSourced Ltd. As a key member of our service desk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leading a team of service desk operatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Implementing innovative solutions to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk management role.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- A passion for technology and customer service.
