Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our Commercial Division in West Lothian. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Service teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver presentations to customers on products, utilizing online meetings and occasional in-person meetings to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM database management.
  • Address customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoice and credit information to accounts for processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role.
  • Proven ability to build sales pipelines and forecast using relevant software.
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases.
