Internal Sales Executive

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our Commercial Division in West Lothian. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Service teams, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers, converting new customers, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver presentations to customers on products, utilizing online meetings and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM database entries.
  • Address customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoice and credit information to accounts for processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role.
  • Experience in building sales pipelines and forecasting using relevant software.
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases.
