Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team in the West Lothian area. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Service teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers, as well as converting new customers to drive sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver presentations to customers on products, utilizing online meetings and occasional in-person meetings to build strong relationships.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM database entries.
- Address customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoice and credit information to accounts for processing.
- Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role.
- Experience in building sales pipelines and forecasting using relevant software.
- Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases.
