We offer a competitive salary of £19,737 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in our organization. In addition to your salary, you will also receive regular training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Our Respite Service is designed to provide short breaks away from the family home, allowing customers to participate in community-focused activities. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team to create personalized plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Our staff undergo rigorous training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
