Abuse Survivor Care and Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our care and support services for survivors of domestic abuse. As a Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers, developing service plans, and ensuring that survivors receive high-quality care and support.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a leadership role, a deep understanding of the needs of survivors of domestic abuse, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to manage budgets, allocate resources, and meet targets.
We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team and make a lasting impact on the lives of survivors of domestic abuse.
