Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Domestic Abuse Support Specialist to join our team at Stonewater in Central Bedfordshire. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to survivors of domestic abuse, empowering them to regain control of their lives and achieve their goals.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with survivors, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Creating tailored support plans using the Empowerment Star framework, incorporating risk assessments and regular reviews.
  • Delivering emotional support and wellbeing interventions, prioritizing the safety and well-being of survivors.
  • Facilitating access to education, training, and employment opportunities to enhance survivor independence and confidence.
  • Maintaining accurate records of survivor engagement and progress, ensuring seamless communication across teams.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, based on experience.
