Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

CRB Cunninghams is a leading provider of innovative software solutions to the UK state education sector. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Guildford area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Field Service Engineer to carry out repairs onsite at locations throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out service calls and repairs onsite at locations throughout the UK.
  • Maintain company vehicles, including weekly checks on lights, tyres, and fluids.
  • Be flexible and prepared to take on additional tasks as required by other departments.
  • Provide regular updates to the Engineering Supervisor on progress and relevant issues.
Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge, including operating systems and IP configuration.
  • Basic software knowledge, including back office and epos software.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, which must be clean and valid.
  • Ability to complete all aspects of field service with multiple calls.
  • Understanding of installation requirements and ability to work alongside a lead engineer.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
