Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

CRB Cunninghams is a leading provider of innovative software solutions to the UK state education sector. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Guildford area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to carry out repairs onsite at locations throughout the UK. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out service calls and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain company vehicle weekly - Lights, Tyres & Fluids
  • Be flexible and prepared to take on additional tasks as required by other departments
Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge - operating systems, IP configuration work
  • Basic software knowledge (back office and epos software)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, which needs to be clean and valid
  • Can complete all aspects of field service with multiple calls
  • Understands what is required on an installation whilst working alongside a lead engineer to complete the implementation
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as and when required
