Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

CRB Cunninghams, a leading provider of innovative software solutions to the UK state education sector, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs onsite at locations throughout the UK, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to learn the installation process and progress to becoming a lead engineer, responsible for implementing new/upgrading systems and training administrators to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out service calls to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Be flexible and prepared to take on additional tasks as required by other departments.
Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge, including operating systems and IP configuration.
  • Basic software knowledge, including back office and epos software.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, which must be clean and valid.
  • Ability to complete all aspects of field service with multiple calls.
  • Understanding of installation requirements, working alongside a lead engineer to complete implementations.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
