Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

CRB Cunninghams, a leading provider of innovative software solutions to the UK state education sector, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and installations at locations throughout the UK, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Be flexible and prepared to take on additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge, including operating systems and IP configuration.
  • Basic software knowledge, including back office and epos software.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, with a clean and valid record.
  • Ability to complete multiple field service calls.
  • Understanding of installation requirements, working alongside lead engineers.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
