Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift Time: 7am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm (you choose)
Salary: Starting at £26,000 per annum
Bonus scheme
Kenect Recruitment is working with a client in the Burton area to find a permanent employee for an Internal Sales Representative role.
This is an opportunity to join a long-standing business that is expanding in the Midlands.
Job Duties
Supporting internal and external sales staff, as well as customers within your designated area.
Processing orders, monitoring outstanding quotes, and providing high-level customer service.
Dealing with after-sales concerns, complaints, and customer queries
Experience/Skills Required
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.
PC literate and excellent verbal and written customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and progress through the company.
