About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse to lead our care team. As a Senior Nurse Leader, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding leadership and clinical guidance to our care staff. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting residents with complex needs and dependencies, and you'll play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence within the home.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain tailored care plans to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  3. Lead and motivate the care team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality care outcomes.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse who understands the importance of clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST. You'll have a strong background in writing comprehensive care plans and be able to provide expert clinical guidance to the care team.
