Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our team at The Manor House.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing high-quality events.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience in a similar 4 to 5 star standard hotel within a conference and banqueting department.
Responsibilities will include ensuring that all Conference and Banqueting operations run successfully and in line with all guest requirements, supporting the operational teams in delivering exceptional standards, and leading from the front by running and overseeing events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
