Finance Assistant

Power Logistics is a global leader in the provision of temporary events power with headquarters in the UK and offices in the Netherlands and Ireland. Our customer focused service and well respected track record spans two decades. We have consistently delivered practical expertise in stage power, site electrics, distribution, project management and lighting at concerts, festivals, exhibitions, conferences, parties, award ceremonies and sporting events.
The Company offers a competitive salary and benefits. The hours of working are 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Purchase Ledger to include posting onto Xero.
- Follow the Sales and Purchase Approval Process.
- Provide support across the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactional accounting areas.
- Assist in dealing with day-to-day customer and supplier queries.
- Assist in generating bi-monthly payment runs when required.
- Process expenses and credit card statements of employees.
- Support the Finance Supervisors and Financial Controller whenever required.
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate staff member or deal with Finance Department calls, as appropriate.
- Provide general administrative duties as required by the Finance Department.
