Strategic Talent Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the leaders of tomorrow by coordinating leadership development centers and ensuring seamless scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up feedback sessions.
This role requires strong project management skills, including organizing global events, tracking project milestones, and supporting workshops and residential programs while maintaining timelines and budgets.
In addition, you will track leadership data and interpret results to measure program success and support global talent initiatives.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and success of leadership development and talent management programmes.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office)
