As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a key member of our Talent Management team, working closely with business leaders and managers to drive the firm's goals and objectives, particularly in relation to human capital.

Talent Management Responsibilities

  1. Work with management to identify staffing needs, develop talent pipelines, and ensure a robust workforce.
  2. Partner with managers to implement talent strategies, create employee experiences, and develop high-performance programs.
  3. Monitor and support managers with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  4. Coach managers on performance review programs, career planning, and succession planning.

Employee Relations and Performance Management

  1. Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  2. Implement and oversee performance management, including performance reviews and improvement plans.
  3. Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.

HR Metrics and Analysis

  1. Use HR data and analytics to provide insights into workforce productivity.
  2. Track key HR metrics and analyze data to improve HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
