Job Overview

Care and Development Manager

T2 Group is seeking experienced health & social care professionals to join our team as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. We will provide structured support through our training Academy, developing you into a qualified Health & Social Care Personal Development Manager (Assessor). You will have a passion for health & social care and be looking for a new challenge where you can share your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees
  • Foster a positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in health & social care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. A competitive salary package reflecting your experience and qualifications will be offered.
