Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)
We are seeking passionate and newly graduated nurses to join our supportive Registered Nurse Graduate program with a specialist module in acute care. This 24-month program is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive, and caring environment.
The program commences in February 2025 and runs for 24 months, focusing on both aged care and acute setting learning and experience. You will have four, 3-month long placements over the first 12 months, covering assessment and care planning of the older person, caring for residents living with dementia, and leadership.
In the second year, you will have the opportunity to expand on your clinical learnings through a 3-month secondment into an acute setting. This unique opportunity aims to round out your knowledge and capability and provide the diversity of experience that can elevate a nurse's career.

- Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
- High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
- Well-developed time management skills
- Able to commit to the 24-month duration of the Program
Our salary range is between $65,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Overseas experienced and Registered Nurses with more than 18 months of experience are not eligible for the Graduate Nurse Program.
