The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, creating personalised care plans and working closely with a core team of carers. This role is based in the Croydon area, which has experienced significant growth due to our expanding services.
Key Responsibilities- To provide exceptional clinical expertise and guidance to our care teams, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, promoting effective communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- RGN with an active NMC PIN and up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT.
- Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management.
- A Valid NMC Pin and full UK Driving Licence essential.
- An attractive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience.
