Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to join our ward nursing team at North Downs Hospital.
Job OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and make a real difference in patient care.
The RoleIn this role, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and support to patients, families, and colleagues.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Perform routine clinical procedures, such as blood pressure checks and wound dressing
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Key requirements include current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), proven experience working in a hospital setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
