About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing front-line clinical care to service users, focusing on rehabilitation and detoxification processes. As a Nurse Manager - Addiction Services, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to service users, including vaccinations, ECGs, and alcohol/opiate detoxification
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service quality and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid RGN or RMN qualification with relevant experience in addictions
  • Demonstrable interest in substance misuse treatment and a passion for making a difference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
