Service Desk Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at DataCareers. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for a wide range of ICT applications, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to manage incidents and fulfill requests, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Act as a specialist in resolving complex technical issues, offering expertise to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
  • Contribute to the wider ICT department by identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Take ownership of problems, driving them through to resolution to minimize disruption to front-line services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing application support and resolving technical issues related to ICT systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in incident management and request fulfillment, with a focus on customer service.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving, with the ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to completion.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is desirable but not essential.
