Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students with SEMH and SEN, assisting them in managing their behavior and emotional challenges as a Youth Behavioral Support Specialist.

- Engage with students in various settings, supporting their social and emotional development as a Youth Behavioral Support Specialist.
- Maintain order around the school site, ensuring all students access education to the best of their abilities.

Character Specification:
- Essential experience in SEMH, SEN, or behavior management.
- A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young people from diverse backgrounds with a range of needs.
- Background experience in children's homes, alternative education provisions, or similar environments is highly desirable.
- Graduates in Psychology, Education, Health and Social Care, or related fields (2.1 or higher) are encouraged to apply.
