We Manage Jobs is seeking a Support Staff Member to join our team at Hednesford Valley High School. This permanent, part-time position involves working under the direction of teaching staff to support in the classroom and produce resources.

This role would suit someone with an education or care home background. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting students with their personal care and medical needs, including enteral feeding, administering medication, and suction if required. Training will be provided.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have access to a range of benefits, including DBS clearance and training opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting teaching staff in the classroom and producing educational resources.
  • Supporting students with their personal care and medical needs.
  • Acting as Cover Supervisor during the absence of teaching staff.
