Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Staff to join our team at Cannock. As a key member of our overnight care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to build rapport with colleagues and young people, and a flexible approach to meeting the changing needs of our service users.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, including enhanced qualified rates, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid induction, dedicated learning and development programmes, and a pension scheme.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our overnight care team at Cannock, where you will work closely with colleagues to provide 24/7 support and care for our young people. The role requires flexibility, energy, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised care and support to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team culture
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
