Hospitality Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Assistant to join our team in Central Cambridge.
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum. The estimated salary for this role is based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent food service with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times to enhance the front of house experience.
- Execute instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Support casual Food and Beverage Assistants by setting a positive example.
- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties as needed.
- Prepare rooms and deliver food service, ensuring proper table settings and presentation.
- Adhere to security measures and report maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Staff Handbook.
General Responsibilities:
- Participate in the appraisal scheme and undertake necessary training.
- Take responsibility for personal health and safety in the workplace.
- Comply fully with company policies, including equality of opportunity and data protection.
- Undertake any other reasonable requests or duties as required.

This is a permanent, full-time position (36.5 hours per week), averaged across a 3-week rota including early, late, and split shifts; some weekend work required.
You will be entitled to 33 days annual leave (including public holidays) and membership of a contributory pension scheme available, with eligibility for auto-enrolment based on age and earnings level. You have the right to opt-in at any time.
