Job Description:

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing high-quality dishes, following strict hygiene and safety guidelines.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve set goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Qualifications: Food Hygiene Certificate preferred, but not required.
