We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. in Cambridge.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced catering environment where you will be responsible for supporting the culinary team and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing high-quality dishes, following strict hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve set goals and targets.
- Experience: Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Qualifications: Food Hygiene Certificate preferred, but not required.
- Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
