Customer Service Co-ordinator

Permanent, Full-Time hours 8am-5pm, salary up to £28,000 DOE offering great benefits and hybrid working.

A new opportunity has arisen to join a busy team who deliver excellent customer service to the house building industry for a growing business. If you have a background in construction or new home building and are passionate about delivering excellent customer care, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Provide information to customers about products, services, and promotions
  5. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Experience in the home building/construction industry is preferred
