Executive Assistant to Director

As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's daily activities. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Manage the Director's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments
* Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure the Director's itinerary is up-to-date
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
* Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrator/Personal Assistant in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of confidentiality and discretion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
