Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premises Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, cleanliness, and maintenance of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security of our premises, including holding and securing premises keys, and providing access to internal areas as required.
  • Perform portering duties, general maintenance, and minor repairs at all locations.
  • Monitor and report premises-related jobs and equipment faults through the FM helpdesk.
  • Action daily centre-related tasks and those set out on the premises team task system.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and other deliveries, ensuring secure storage and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, centre users, and colleagues.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems.
  • Basic DIY skills and ability to carry out minor repairs.
  • Understanding of security procedures and waste removal protocols.
  • Knowledge of customer care principles and health and safety regulations.
  • Experience of carrying out minor repairs and ensuring building security.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one.
Additional Requirements

Must be able to work a weekend and evening rota.
