Job Title: Premises Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premises Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises, providing a safe and secure environment for our staff, service users, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security and maintenance of our premises, including locking and unlocking buildings, monitoring security systems, and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, and minor renovations, to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our staff, service users, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with our facilities management team to ensure the effective management of our premises, including inventory management, waste removal, and pest control.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire alarm testing and emergency response planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic DIY skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current, valid full UK driving licence.
