The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our National Self Insurance team, supporting major clients in NSW and playing a pivotal role in the Return to Work process.

This is a 10-month Max Term Contract role, based in Parramatta, Newcastle, or Brisbane with flexibility to work from home three days a week once fully trained.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
  • Ensure active and timely intervention to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
  • Offer workers compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers.
  • Assist workers and employers with the claim process and provide support in completing relevant documents for timely access to services.
  • Proactively proceed with case management to achieve early sustainable return to work for workers with reasonable claim costs.

Based on industry standards and considering your qualifications, the estimated salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
