Quality Assurance Officer Job Description

At QBE Insurance Group, we are committed to excellence in our services and products. We seek a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Managed Fund Claims teams by implementing a Quality Management Framework. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will conduct file reviews, apply quality assurance techniques and tools, and engage with claims teams to provide feedback and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess Case Manager output across the Managed Funds portfolio
  • Analyse and present findings from file reviews
  • Provide feedback and coaching to Case Managers
  • Participate in regulatory forums and provide updates to management teams
  • Demonstrate compliance with laws, regulations, licenses, industry codes, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Case Manager within NSW Workers Compensation
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • A confident coach who can analyse performance and provide feedback
  • Experience in training individuals or teams
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
