Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food Safety Quality Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality across our UK business.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HACCP principles, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the food manufacturing industry. Proficiency in MS Office is also essential.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Technical Manager in maintaining compliance with required standards, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring the safety and quality of products and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Completion of technical information for internal and external reports.
  • Administration of various databases.
  • Inspect and assess raw materials and finished products against the specification.
  • Audit site production and technical traceability and CCP paperwork, ensuring high standards and assured traceability.

Estimated Salary: £30-32k per annum.
