Production Quality Control Lead

Ardo UK is seeking a Production Quality Control Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include participating in NPD projects, managing technical expectations, and providing technical support to internal and external customers. You will also play a crucial role in leading by example, contributing to team service delivery, and communicating effectively with departments within Ardo UK and the Group.
- Additional responsibilities include conducting internal audits, monitoring labelling, issuing certificates of analysis, working with the site HACCP team, and covering for team members when they are absent.
- You will also be expected to handle technical enquiries in a timely manner, respond to customer complaints, and support the Technical Manager during customer audits.
For this position, we require a strong background in food manufacturing, preferably with 3 years' experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of around £42,000 per annum, along with benefits such as 21 Days Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays, Pension - 5% employer contributions, and Medicash.
