Academic Quality Assurance Manager Role

Mason James Appointments (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support and Service Delivery Lead to join their technical team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role involves providing competent and efficient technical support and service to both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail, ideally within Food/FMCG, and a strong understanding of technical implications of HACCP implementation.
The Technical Support and Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining activities required to meet safety and quality standards. This includes knowledge of microbiological requirements for products and risk from raw materials, as well as an understanding and experience of food legislation applicable to product categories manufactured and raw materials supplied.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and service to internal teams and external customers.
- Coordinate and maintain activities required to meet safety and quality standards.
- Have a strong understanding of technical implications of HACCP implementation.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per annum, with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
