At Givaudan, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Quality and Improvement to ensure the safety, compliance, legality, and quality of our products.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate problem-solving and investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformance. This includes communicating and reporting on investigation findings to internal and external customers.

This position requires strong analytical and interpretive skills, as well as the ability to define and propose improvements. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a good level of knowledge and interpretation of quality-related policies, standards, procedures, and requirements.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate problem-solving and investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformance.
  • Communicate and report on investigation findings to internal and external customers.
  • Analyse and interpret CI/performance indicators/improvement project data, define and propose improvements.
  • Demonstrate and provide a good level of knowledge and interpretation of quality related policies, standards, procedures and requirements.
